A new phone, or a lost one
How to get your shop back on another handset, what comes across, what does not, and what to do the same day if the counter phone is gone.

Your phone number is the account. There is no password to have lost and nothing to transfer by hand.
Moving to a new phone
- Before you switch, open the old phone and check Today shows nothing waiting to sync. If it does, tap “Send now” and wait for the count to reach zero.
- Install the app on the new phone and sign in with the same number.
- Your shop is there — items, prices, bills, khata balances and staff. Nothing is retyped.
If the phone is already gone
- Sign in on any other Android phone with the same number. Everything that had gone up is there, which on a normal day is everything up to the last few minutes.
- Open Shop → Devices and end the session on the phone you no longer have. That signs it out.
- Recount anything that moved on the day it went missing, so the shelf and the screen agree again.
Two phones on one counter
You are not limited to one device, and you never will be — the number of devices is metered and can never be capped. Add the second person as staff and they sign in with their own number, so each bill carries the name of whoever rang it up.
