Print a bill, or send it
Seven ways a finished bill reaches the customer — 1-click WhatsApp, PDF, picture, thermal print — and default counter payment QR setup.

Sending the bill is a separate question from saving it. The sale is already recorded the moment you take payment, so a printer that will not connect costs you a receipt and never a record.
The ways out
After a sale — or from any bill under Bills — the same set of buttons is there: View, WhatsApp, Send, Picture, Save, PDF and Print. WhatsApp opens a chat with the bill in it. Picture gives you an image a customer can keep without any app at all. PDF makes a printable bill you can send the same way.
1-Click WhatsApp bill delivery
Tap WhatsApp to instantly dispatch an itemized digital receipt with your shop details, struck-through MRP customer savings summary, and direct payment link to the customer's phone without saving their contact first. Clean, instant, and completely watermark-free.
Default counter payment QR
In Settings → Payment QR, you can register your UPI payment codes (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and set one as your “Default Counter QR”. The till and receipt engines automatically select your default QR for UPI checkouts and thermal receipts. High-contrast QR sizing (96px for 58mm rolls, 116px for 80mm rolls) guarantees quick camera autofocus even on curved thermal receipt paper.
Printing on paper, and the one printer this cannot reach
Print does not talk to a printer itself. It opens Android's own print screen and hands the bill to that — which means the printers you can use are exactly the printers your phone can already see, and no others.
- Set the printer up in Android's Settings, under Printing, before you try it from the app. A printer the phone cannot see is a phone problem and the app can do nothing about it.
- A printer on your shop's Wi-Fi, or one on a USB-OTG cable, is the kind that works. So does “Save as PDF”, which is on that screen too and needs no printer at all.
- Open a bill, tap Print, and pick it from the list.
- Set the paper in Shop → Receipt setup first — 58 mm roll, 80 mm roll or A5. That decides the shape of the document, and A5 is the one to pick if you are printing on an ordinary office printer.
If the printer will not print
- Send the bill on WhatsApp or hand over the Picture, so the customer is not kept waiting while you fix a printer. This is what most shops do all day anyway.
- Check whether the printer appears in Android's own Settings → Printing. If it does not appear there, it will not appear in the app, and the fixing happens there rather than here.
- If it is a Wi-Fi printer, check the phone and the printer are on the same network — a phone that dropped to mobile data can no longer see it, and that looks exactly like the printer being broken.
- Check the roll is in the right way round — thermal paper only prints on one side, and a roll in backwards produces a blank strip that looks exactly like a driver fault.
- Open the bill again from Bills and print it. Nothing was lost while the printer was down; the bill has been there the whole time.
