Desktop Web Till & Counter POSOpen your counter on a computer.
The web till runs at app.karobariapp.in — the same shop, the same stock and the same bills as the phone, on a bigger screen with a real keyboard, in 12 Indian languages.
Install the app first if you have not — your phone is what signs the browser in, and it is the only surface that keeps billing when the network drops.
How you get in
Three ways, in the order to try them. There is no password anywhere in this list.
Scan with the app
Needs the app installed
Open app.karobariapp.in on the computer and scan the code it shows with the Karobari app on your phone. No message is sent and there is no code to type. This is the quickest way and the safest one.
Or a code by SMS
Works with no app
Enter the shop's phone number and type the code that arrives. Kept in full for a phone that is lost, flat or in for repair — a shop that cannot open is a worse outcome than a tidier rule.
Staff sign in the same way
Same rules as the phone
A staff member signs in with their own number and sees only what their role allows — they bill, and they never see the day's total, the udhaar khata or another member's bills.
What the browser till will not do
It needs the internet, always, and that is deliberate rather than unfinished. It keeps nothing on the computer — no queued bills, no copy of your books on a machine you might share or sell. So when the connection drops mid-sale it says so and stops, and it names the recovery that actually exists: bill that one on the phone. A second queue in a browser would be a data-integrity bug with a friendly spinner, and the phone already solved this properly.
कुछ अटके तो लिखिए · stuck on something? WhatsApp +91 87095 90188 or email support@karobariapp.in — a person reads it, and the shop name plus what went wrong is enough.
