Three things that are different here
Personalisation in this product is defaults, a bounded set of tools, and vocabulary — never a separate app per trade. What follows is the whole of what changes.
Batch and expiry, not just a count
Two boxes of the same medicine with different expiry dates are two batches, and the app sells the nearer one first rather than treating the shelf as one number.
Your licence, and when it runs out
The licence number prints on the bill, and its expiry is a date the app knows about — because a lapsed licence is discovered by an inspector, not by a calendar.
Strips, boxes and bottles in one list
Pieces, packs, millilitres and grams, in that order, because that is the order a chemist reaches for them.
