Three things that are different here
Personalisation in this product is defaults, a bounded set of tools, and vocabulary — never a separate app per trade. What follows is the whole of what changes.
Quintals first
Then kilos, packs and dozens. Retail units would be the wrong list here, and the app does not make you scroll past them.
Marked as selling to trade
The shop is set as trade-facing, which changes what the app assumes about the customer in front of you — a retailer buying to resell, not a household buying to eat.
The record has to stand up
Every bill records who made it, nothing is ever deleted, and a settled balance is worked out from entries rather than overwritten. That is what a disputed load costs you if the record is a page in a book.
