A namkeen shop opens on today's sales. Fried stock is made or bought in for the day and the evening tells you whether you judged it right, which is a question that gets asked once a day and never once a month.

Three things that are different here
Personalisation in this product is defaults, a bounded set of tools, and vocabulary — never a separate app per trade. What follows is the whole of what changes.
Grams is the default unit, and this is the only trade where it is
Not kilos. Almost nothing here leaves in kilo quantities — it leaves in hundreds of grams — so the list opens at gram and kilo sits second, which saves a tap on nearly every sale of the day.
Batch dates on stock that turns
Expiry is switched on for this trade. Fried namkeen goes soft and then goes off, and the loss is real enough to be worth a date against the batch rather than a guess about which tin is older.
Loose and packed, side by side
Sev by weight out of a tin and a packet of wafers off a hook are the same kind of record with different units. The app does not ask you to decide which kind of shop you are.
