A seed and fertilizer shop opens on **udhaar outstanding**, and the figure means something different here than anywhere else on this site: it is not a week's receivables, it is a season's. What is out at sowing is what comes back at harvest, or does not.

Three things that are different here
Personalisation in this product is defaults, a bounded set of tools, and vocabulary — never a separate app per trade. What follows is the whole of what changes.
Kilos, litres, packs and quintals
Seed is weighed, spray is a volume, urea and DAP are bags, and bulk is a quintal. Four different kinds of quantity on one counter, each carrying its own unit on the bill.
Expiry on chemicals
Pesticide, weedicide and fungicide have dates that matter, and this is one of only three live trades outside the health family where batch tracking is switched on. A drum that has turned is a complaint you get in the field, not at the counter.
Your licence, and when it runs out
A fertilizer and pesticide licence is a date the app holds and prints, in the same way a chemist's is. The renewal is yours; the reminder that it exists is at least written down somewhere other than a drawer.
WHAT ARRIVES SET UP
What a seeds & fertilizer gets on the first screen
Not a demo. This is the actual configuration the app applies when you pick Seeds & Fertilizer at sign-up — the same data the app itself reads.

The first one is the default, because it is what this trade sells most of. Every quantity in the app carries its unit — there is no bare number anywhere.

And nothing else. A trade is only offered at sign-up once every tool it needs has actually shipped — 59 of 172 trades pass that test today.
The items it starts you with
Tap to add, then set your own price. They are a guess at your shelf and you will correct some of them — that is expected, and it is why they live on the server rather than inside an app release.
