What usually brings someone to this page
You are running a retail chemist counter, not a distribution house, and you are paying for the second shape of software to do the first job. The counter work is six taps: six tablets off a strip of fifteen, off a box counted in boxes, off a batch with its own expiry.
For context rather than as a claim about any particular build: a distribution and pharmacy ERP — the class of software built around purchase, supplier and statutory reporting as much as around the counter. Everything below this line is about Karobari.
Three things, all of them checkable today
Nothing here is a plan or a next release. Each one is behaviour you can put a phone in aeroplane mode and confirm within a minute of installing.
Three units at once, on one line
Pieces, packs, millilitres and grams, in the order a chemist reaches for them. Six tablets sold as pieces from a box counted in boxes is one item with its unit carried on every quantity — there is no bare number anywhere in the app, so the arithmetic does not need translating before it adds up.
Batches, not one number for the shelf
Two boxes of the same medicine with different expiry dates are two batches, and the nearer one sells first. The expiry is tracked and surfaced against the batch rather than being a note somebody keeps in their head about the second row of the third shelf.
Your drug licence is a date the app knows
The licence number prints on the bill and its expiry is held as a date, because a lapsed licence is otherwise discovered by an inspector rather than by a calendar.
Your shelf does not get typed in again
Export your item master to CSV and bring it in from Stock → bring in a list — `Product`, `Item`, `Rate`, `MRP`, `Qty`, `Unit`, `Barcode` and `GST Rate` are recognised, 2,000 rows at a time, create-only. Batch and expiry rows are entered against the item afterwards rather than in the same file; there is no batch column in the import, and pretending there was would fail silently on the data a chemist most needs to be right.
The same screen takes text you paste rather than a file — a supplier's WhatsApp message, or a list an assistant handed back — and strips the sentence above it and the sign-off below it before reading. Nobody has to produce a clean file to get started.
Why there is no comparison table on it
A matrix with somebody else's name down one column is a set of claims about a product we do not build and cannot track, and it ages into a lie the first time they ship. So this site does not keep one. Marg ERP is named here because it is the word you searched for, and for no other reason — every statement above is about Karobari, including the long one about what it will not do for you.
