What usually brings someone to this page
Most people who type this are standing in one of two places: a renewal date is coming up and you are working out what the counter actually costs you a year, or the network in your lane drops at the busiest hour and you want to know whether that has to be your problem.
For context rather than as a claim about any particular build: a subscription billing-and-inventory app for small business, of the kind that typically runs on a phone and a computer and renews yearly. Everything below this line is about Karobari.
Three things, all of them checkable today
Nothing here is a plan or a next release. Each one is behaviour you can put a phone in aeroplane mode and confirm within a minute of installing.
The bill is written to the phone before anything is sent
A sale in Karobari finishes on the handset. There is no request going anywhere at the moment of sale, so there is nothing for a dead tower to break — the total is computed on the phone, the stock comes down on the phone, and the receipt prints. What is waiting to go up is a count on the home screen, and it goes up by itself when the signal returns.
The till is never the paywall
Any number of items, any number of bills, any number of staff, any number of devices, and no card. That is written down as a rule rather than as an introductory offer: the four things this platform will ever refuse are shops per owner, media files, media bytes and how many new catalogue products you can create in a day — all four chosen because the cost lands on somebody other than the shopkeeper doing it. Stock, staff, devices, bills and the ledger are counted and can never be capped.
Your records leave the day you ask
Bills, khata and the stock list export as spreadsheets, free, unlimited, with no support request and no plan behind it. Export will not become a paid feature — it is on a public page as a thing this product has said it will never charge for, written down before there was any pressure to.
Your shelf does not get typed in again
Export your item list as a CSV from whatever you use now and bring it in from Stock → bring in a list. The column names are matched loosely, so `Item Name`, `Rate`, `Qty` and `Unit` land without being re-typed, and so do `Product`, `Selling Price` and `Opening Stock`. Up to 2,000 rows. It only ever creates — an item the shop already has is skipped rather than overwritten, so a re-upload after a dropped connection cannot double your stock.
The same screen takes text you paste rather than a file — a supplier's WhatsApp message, or a list an assistant handed back — and strips the sentence above it and the sign-off below it before reading. Nobody has to produce a clean file to get started.
Why there is no comparison table on it
A matrix with somebody else's name down one column is a set of claims about a product we do not build and cannot track, and it ages into a lie the first time they ship. So this site does not keep one. Vyapar is named here because it is the word you searched for, and for no other reason — every statement above is about Karobari, including the long one about what it will not do for you.
