Nothing here is a plan or a next release. Each one is behaviour you can put a phone in aeroplane mode and confirm within a minute of installing.
The bill is saved locally before any signal is checked
Karobari writes every transaction and stock decrement to the phone's local storage first. There is no server request required to ring up a customer, so counter checkout continues uninterrupted during internet downtime, Wi-Fi drops, or power cuts. When connection returns, records sync automatically.
Zero monthly subscriptions and zero tier lock-outs
Unlimited items, unlimited bills, unlimited staff PINs, and multi-device access with no credit card required. Karobari has no monthly software tiers, no row limits on your catalogue, and no watermark on customer receipts.
Works on standard devices with open receipt printing
Karobari runs on standard Android phones, tablets, or PC browsers using the hardware you already own. Camera barcode scanning is built in, standard USB barcode scanners plug in directly, and receipts print via Android System Print (USB OTG and Wi-Fi thermal printers) or share as PDF, WhatsApp and email messages.
Your shelf does not get typed in again
Export your product catalogue to CSV and bring it in through Stock → bring in a list. Column names are matched loosely (`Product`, `Item Name`, `Rate`, `Selling Price`, `Qty`, `Stock`, `Unit`, `Barcode`), up to 2,000 rows. It is create-only: existing shop items are preserved rather than overwritten.
The same screen takes text you paste rather than a file — a supplier's WhatsApp message, or a list an assistant handed back — and strips the sentence above it and the sign-off below it before reading. Nobody has to produce a clean file to get started.
Why there is no comparison table on it
A matrix with somebody else's name down one column is a set of claims about a product we do not build and cannot track, and it ages into a lie the first time they ship. So this site does not keep one.
